Growing with books

Well I think that some books have to be read at a specific stage in your life, until then you neither value its content nor wil lbe able to relate to what the author wants you to feel. The Glass Palace is one such book. This was gifted to me by A back in 2006. Contrary to what A felt, I found it a bit dry and slow. But 3 yrears later I think I am finally able to see what A wanted me to. I am truly enjoying Amitav Gosh's writing word by word. Thank you A for this lovely gift

Cook Books

My friend is good cook and she has a good collection of cook books. Her husband loves her and her cooking so much that he made these book shelves for her. Isn't that romantic?
